I have been testing multiple PTZ's and even a few models from Nesuniq and very pleased with the results from this camera and especially the customer service is simply amazing.Dealing with abroad manufacturer isn't easy with culture/language barrier and timezone etc...however with Neuniq team it's been nothing short of a great experience.I have been testing RTSP & ONVIF and so far really pleased with the results. Will report back in the next 30 - 60 days although have been testing for over a month now.I would highly recommend you test one of their products.A Happy Customer

The controls were clunky, very slow to respond and not predictable. The images rendered on the screen were pixelated and in monochrome for several seconds before resolving. The receiver computer may be partially responsible so I recommend this camera only if married to a hot processor.

this camera will not work over couple hours jerks out of focus shuts down reboot nothing works came in box that had been resealed with brown tape had to wait for NVR to hook it up that put my return behind very disappointed.

I has an issues with setting the password with the original camera. The company sent me a replacement which is working great. I was able to set the password as expected.For the money the camera is a good value. PTZ works fine. Has a clear picture and the ZOOM is amazing .

Amazing quality and well worth the price

7/1/19: This ptz camera is nicely built and very sturdy with very good clarity night and day, I can zoom to the end of my street and still be about to make out licenses plate number and other fine details, this is a 5mp camera.However that's about it, this camera suddenly decided to disconnect it's self from my router after only a few hours of being out of the box. I have not been able to get it back up and running, I think it's detective and I blame ups, they probably kicked it around a few times lol. Camera's are delicate in my opinion and should be handled with care!! However i will send this one back in exchange for the same thing. I will update this review soon.Update: 7/8/19 I got my new replacement camera yesterday and it's all hooked up and working perfectly, I'm loven the 5mp clarity, this camera has very fast ptz speeds the speeds are adjustable for you viewing comfort, just click a preset or a direction and it's there almost instantly, very fast response times👍 And I also like how responsive the customer service was in helping me resolve my issue with the defective camera.This camera is FULLY adjustable and I mean fully, there is so many setting to play with its crazy, i personally don't know what half of them do so I'm leaving them set to factory for now.I am now a happy customer and I would recommend this camera to friends and family should they ask me about it, and I may order another one soon. My only regret is that I don't have a higher place to hang it lol, because with its zoom capabilities with crystal clear 5mp picture it would be nice to see more than just the street and few houses..
