The quality, power, and battery life of this far exceeds my expectations. I used it daily for 3 weeks (moderate use - ear/nose/eyebrows/sideburns) before the battery hit zero, and it was running strong all the way down to 5% battery. The different adapters are all easily swapped, yet secure. The device feels solid and well built. It recharges quickly - in about an hour.Here are a few cons, but they are all rather petty and so I'm still giving this 5 stars given the price point:- Trimmer doesn't always seat easily in charge base - it takes a little wiggling to seat and charge- Narrow trimmer guard is tight and difficult to adjust or remove (wide timmer guards snap on/off easily)- Manual has very small font and lots of Engrish typos, yet still easy to follow- Battery charge indicator dropped quickly from 100% to about 60% in a few days, but then hung at 60% for about a week before resuming its decline to 0%. Odd, but harmless.

I purchased this trimmer to replace my Wahl trimmer that just recently quick working. I have to say that this trimmer exceeded my expectations. I was concerned about quality at the lower price point but it's decent. I've been using this every morning for the last several days and the battery charges quickly but does not drain very fast. It drops about 5% after using it for 1-2 minutes so this would hold a charge fine on a long trip without taking the charger along. The cutting attachments are very solid.

Nice trimmer set. Includes probably more than I will really need/use but the price point was within what I was looking to spend.Blades were aligned and really sharp. The guides work as they should and store nicely in the base stand. The included comb is very nice and is much better than I was expecting.The overall grip is nice as I have some pretty big hands. The LED read-out for the battery life is a nice touch.So far, I have only used it for trimming my mustache and around my ears so my battery use has been low. I charged it when I first got it and it's sitting at 97% battery. So I cannot comment really in battery life. But it has held a charge really well so far.It's simple to clean and, as I said before, stores nicely in the included stand.Would definitely recommend this.

This is better than my last trimmer for several reasons. I like that it shows the battery percentage when you turn it on or charge it. It's charging cable plugs into a charging block like a cell phone. I like that because I could use the charging block for my phone when traveling. This one is also easier to clean than my last one. Being waterproof helps with that. The battery probably took less than an hour to go from 44% when I got it to 100%. Right now I would say this is much better than the name brand one I replaced and it costs less.

Since being in quarantine, I've decided to not let my beard get to Tom Hanks level in Cast Away. While my facial hair has tried its best, the Gooleen beard trimmer has really been a great help in taming my facial hair. The trimmer itself is sleek and easy to hold. It fits well in the palm of hand and has some weight to it which helps when trying to sharpen up those lines.The multiple attachments have come in handy since I have also started to model my facial hair some. The primary blade took the majority of my facial hair off in one pass, leaving a beautiful Fu Manchu. I've also been able to maintain my baby like smoothness with the stubble attachment (that's what I call it, its the one that looks like your dad's old electric razor head).Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with this trimmer. It has done as advertised and it's even got a great battery life, I've left it off the well designed stand a couple nights in a row and it will still have a good charge to take care of what grew overnight. Sometimes the #1 rated amazon product can be hit or miss but I definitely think amazon got it right with the Gooleen Beard Trimmer 10 in 1 Grooming Kit.
