You research, look for a great product, try to buy it at the right price ($1549.00 on Amazon), and hope not to be disappointed. Bicycle arrived well packaged and required little assembly. As per the manufacturer's suggestion, I did have my local bike shop look over the bicycle and adjust the rear derailer for a little smoother gear shifts at a cost of $30.00. I was happy to hear the shop owner say that the bike's components were quality pieces and that even though he hated to lose a sale to an internet purchase he couldn't offer me a comparable bike for close to twice the money. The bicycle frame is huge. I'm 6' and to achieve a fully extended leg stroke I only had to raise the seat post 2" from it's lowest position. At this seat adjustment I can touch the ground with one foot only while sitting on the seat. Being a Class 2 electric bike means the electric assist, if pedaling or under full electric drive, cuts off per your government regulations at 20 MPH. That's not to say the bike won't go faster as I've seen mine 0ver 30 MPH down hill but the electric assist/power cuts out at 20M MPH (20.8 MPH on mine). I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product, the battery performance, and the functionality of the bicycle. I feel that Ecomotion did their homework and manufactured a great E-Bike!
