Okay for working out
Simple rubber seal over your face. Regular mask has same effect. Over priced. Easy to get accustomed too. Rich person toy.

Air Flow Control is Amazing!
This mask so far is great. However the shield that covers the front is flimsy and hard to reattach. (Mine arrived broken.) I like the informational pamphlet included but it was sorta hard to understand with regards to removing/replacing the filter (breathing tablet). I would have loved more of an explanation of the different colors of the breathing tablets. I have requested a replacement shield from the seller and awaiting a response. One great thing is that I was able to wear my glasses without them being fogged up unlike most of all the other sports masks I have used in the past. While the mask itself at size large is PERFECT. The sleeve at size large is not! The construction of it seems durable outside of the shield. I need the sleeve to be more adjustable. I have wear a hat in order to make it fit without slipping. I would be interested in seeing how the medium sleeve fits. The control over how much air to enter the mask is the most appealing feature of the mask. I just got it two days ago and have only tested it with riding my bike. I can not comment on how it is or isn't in other activities yet. The portable case really sets it apart from other sports masks I have used in the past. I would buy it again at this point if they improve the shield.
