Seattle Chocolates were recommended to me by a friend who is very poetic and loves his chocolates. So it is no wonder that I feel ecstatic when eating these masterpieces of chocolate goodness. This bar is especially appealing with what tastes like crushed graham crackers in smooth heady milk chocolate. The marshmallows are white chocolate. Seattle Chocolates works a lot of wonders with the combination of white and dark chocolate. This tastes more like milk chocolate but is just as wonderful. Very tasty. I am not a huge milk chocolate fan but it worked with the marshmallow. At first I thought there was something wrong with the it but then I remembered the marshmallow would make it softer and maybe a bit sticky.
