Pure magic
I was skeptical because these look flimsy, but they really were magic for me. I was having a couple problems with pumping. Flange fit was an issue - even though I was sure I had the closest thing to the proper size, I still had a lot of skin rubbing against the sides because no matter what size I used the areola stretched and got sucked in. Also efficiency was an issue- I was consistently pumping for 30+minutes to get a decent amount of milk. Because of the rubbing and the extensive amount of time spent pumping my skin became more sensitive so I had to use a very low setting which made things worse. These little cushions helped so much! They helped the flange fit better and minimize rubbing. As a result I can comfortably turn up the suction several notches and have been able to feel empty in about half the time! If you are having any similar issues definitely give these a chance!

Does not work for me, suction never happen when I put them inside the cup/flange
They didn't work for me :( I am sad cause due to the reviews I read before buying them I had great expectations of this cushions. It is strange that they don't work cause my nipple size is not too big ( I use to wear the 19 / 21mm flanges ) and It feels like it does not fit on the Beaugen cushions even if I wear the flange of 24 mm with them. It simply does not make any suction when I put them inside the cup/ flange as instructed. I hope I can have a solution.

They really are cushions
For elastic nipples, these are a life saver! After the first time, I never pumped without them again! The only downfall is you can’t see through them, but they’re still worth it. Have another pair coming before your current ones wear out, because shipping is slower than most these days.

Did not work for me
I am disappointed in this product. I followed the directions clearly and it significantly decreases how much milk my pump pulls out. I was hoping to find something to making pumping more comfortable and slightly impact the sizing for just the right fit and this does not seem to be the solution.

Only worth it if having significant discomfort
I was having some discomfort pumping with my Spectra when I first started exclusively pumping and bought these to see if I could make my experience more comfortable. By the time they arrived, I think my body had gotten used to pumping and I wasn’t having as much pain. I found the cushions difficult to place - especially when in a hurry. I use size 24 Spectra flange and despite what I would consider pretty aggressive pulling and stretching, it never got wide enough to fill tube portion of flange. These did not decrease my output, or increase it- however I wasn’t stopping pumping due to pain. In my opinion, they’re only worth the hassle of putting on/using if you’re having significant discomfort while pumping

Magical wizardry of epic proportions
Omg these are magic!! Why am I just now getting these! I suffer with dreaded elastic nipples and the pump is not my favorite thing but these little magic insets make the dreaded task more than bearable. Using as I am current typing this review, and I haven’t had to adjust my breasts once! Nipple staying perfectly centered in ideal position and most importantly improved comfort by at least 100%! I use the spectra 28 flange on one side and 24 on the other and these are worth every penny!!!!!

They only lasted a week.
I ordered these on July 8th. Today is July 19th and they stopped working. They are not very durable. They helped a TON the first several days. Then this week I wasn’t able to get suction. If you can afford to order a pair every week, they’re a great product! Other wise, don’t waste your money for only a weeks use.

Made Pumping Comfortable!!!!
Saved my pumping relationship! Due to an issue with my baby latching, I need to exclusively pump for him. A week into my journey I learned I had elastic nipples (they literally stretch to the end of the flange) and pumping was extremely painful. I tried everything from changing flange sizes to pumps! I was bruised, swollen, in pain and had almost given up pumping. Then I saw on the Legendairy Milk Instagram page a post listing the Beaugen Cushions as a solution for elastic nipples. I ordered a pair and instantly fell in love! They are soft, comfortable and keep my nipples in place. I no longer even need any nipple cream while pumping. They r easy to wash and I have no pain or swelling anymore!!!! Literally I recommend them to any momma needing to pump whether full or part time. Worth the investment ❤️
