Good product but needs better packaging to avoid damaging the contents.
It worked for the purpose that I had in mind. My expectations were met. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the telescopic wand tip arrived broken. I didn't want to return it just for that reason but maybe I should have. If the seller is listening, please contact me for a replacement. Other than that the scope was worth the price.

It doesn't work
I have connected the device to my smart phone via the YPC network of the camera. But when I go to the app, it tells me to connect the device, even though I am connected. I have tried multiple times and there is nothing that allows it to connect to the app. Therefore, no pictures or video are taken. If I cannot get this working, I will be returning it.

Works great!
This was ordered to replace an existing endoscope that couldn't connect to my smartphone. While it worked fine, I wasn't able to record, archive or share images that I captured. In addition to being inexpensive, the Eleven 10 11201 works perfectly. I'm able to save and share the images; resolution is good (better than my old unit) and it does exactly what it's supposed to.The only negative is that the app is a little clunky (at least on the iPhone), but it works and works well. I've been very happy with the purchase.
