Battery stopped working. Can’t return because it’s a “damaged lithium ion battery” so you can’t ship.

Nice battery life
I’m happy with the battery life itself but the second battery I received didn’t cone with a charging cord which would have been nice to have. Now I can only charge one battery at a time until I can get to the battery store and buy an AC/DC plug for it

Returned, was supposed to be the exact battery for the vacuum, it would not charge, the vacuum didn't recognize a battery was in it.
