The Back and Side Support Sleep

This pillow provides great support for the neck. I really enjoy it

i have been trying to find a pillow to support my neck without leaving my head at a strange angle while lying on my back. This definitely fits the bill. It is a pricey, but no other pillow has done what this one does. I tried the extra layer, but it was too high for me, so I'm using without. I do find it not really comfortable for laying on my side, so that's why not 5 stars across the board.

I had my doubts about this pillow when I took it out of the box. It is by far the thinnest pillow I've used in decades. It also has a hollow spot in the middle so that when you sleep on your back, your neck is positioned correctly. Based on other reviews, it helped many people with their neck issues, and since that was my purpose for pillow shopping, I was willing to try just about anything. After the first night, I noticed a difference. It's now been 4 nights and while the issue is not completely solved, I am well on my way. The hollow spot is kind of weird, but I can tell when I'm laying on my back that my neck is properly supported and not jacked up too far. Lately, I've been waking up on my back a lot, whereas most of my life I've slept on my side quite consistently. I wasn't sure what I would find to accommodate my multiple sleep positions, but this pillow seems to be delivering exactly what I need.Edit: It’s now several weeks later and I can report that this pillow has officially resolved my neck issues.

I don’t love this pillow. But apparently I have a neck from hell. I am always throwing out my neck. This one does the trick.It’s terrible for cuddling, and the dip in the middle is good for backs but does take finagling.

I bought this pillow because I wake up with neck pain every single morning. Sometimes my neck gets so inflamed I can barely move. I don't think I've ever spent more than 20$ on a pillow and was a little nervous about spending so much on a pillow but I saw from the reviews that it's helped a lot of people.It shipped really fast and got here quicker than it was supposed to. Last night was the first night I used it and holy cow, today was the first time in months I've woken up without neck pain!! It was a little weird at first with the big hole in the middle (it felt super cozy when I woke up on my back though) and it may take some more time to get used to that. I will say I wish the sides were longer for side sleeping.Update! I've been using this pillow for almost a year. In that time, I have experienced very little neck pain! When I do, it's nothing some Tylenol can't fix. It's nowhere near not being able to move my neck at all, like it used to be. This pillow is absolutely incredible. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, on my back with my head perfectly cradled and my spine straight ❤️❤️❤️

I love the support. I usually sleep on my side, but I found that this pillow supports your neck on your back as well.

I missed the return window. So it's to the trash recycle with it. I have neck issues and have been searching for a thin pillow. That's what attracted me to this one. This pillow is thin but it's hard with no give which ended up giving me a headache along with my neck issues. My neck did not sit inside the depression as shown in the photo. Not worth the price because it's cheaply made of terrible materials.

I bought it a month ago, and since then i have no neck or shoulder pain. I already bought an expensive pillow, get a massage and it was just temporary and expensive, until i got this pillow. Its flat but with support. It works for me, im a side sleeper but woke up on my back. I dont like the traditional bulky pillow. Coz it hurts my head and neck.

Did not work as advertised for me. Given that pillows are a very individualized item I would suggest that you try it for yourself. As far as the product itself it was very well made.
