I’m giving this 1 star only cause I was sent the wrong type of ribbon. Instead of the black satin ribbon I received black grosgrain ribbon. Attached are pictures of what I got from Humphrey’s craft( the grosgrain ribbon) and double face satin ribbon (from hobby lobby) so y’all could see the difference. The price for the ribbon is good for the amount you get just wish I could have gotten the satin ribbon I had ordered. Other than that the ribbon is still nice and I’ll probably use it for something else just not on the orders that I needed satin ribbon for.

I had no idea I was getting the most beautiful red ribbon I have ever used and I have used ribbon over the past 72 years.It tied so easily and made the most mundane box look elegant. I only purchased one roll and will avail myself of many more rolls next year. I shouldn't sing it's praises so highly or everyone will catch on to this wonderful find. Enjoy!

This ribbon is perfect. I am one of those rare people who enjoy wrapping presents (no gift bags for me). I think that a satin ribbon tied in a simple bow is the perfect finishing touch to a wrapped gift. This ribbon is perfect for this (and likely other) purposes. It’s a beautiful color, soft to the touch, with the perfect amount of shine. It’s lovely. I love it so much, I just purchased another roll in the lovely purple color to add some color to a Halloween costume. The only thing I will say that I dislike, is that it is a bit on the pricey side, but you pay for quality. It’s a durable ribbon, and I have cut it and have seen no evidence of any fraying and I have noticed other ribbons that are sold on amazon that reviews mention fraying when cut.

I won't buy this brand of ribbon again. I bought it to decorate large wedding gifts. It's a decent weight. Not shiny and slick like most satin ribbon, so that's a negative. Not as white as some white ribbon. My main issue with this roll of ribbon is that the first two yards were taped to the roll - not a continuous length. Not counting the taped on piece, I've probably used 10 yards so far. So, I don't know if more of the roll is taped together. It doesn't matter if it is or it isn't. I will not buy this brand of ribbon again.

Turns out trying to take a ribbon photo around a cat was a mistake, but for those of you having a really hard time finding non-terrible ribbon on Amazon with not a lot of time like I was, I'm chiming in here with a photo.This just feels and looks like a double faced satin ribbon, not papery or low quality in the slightest. There is nothing at all wrong with this and it was exactly what I hoped for, thank you.

Was very excited to receive only to be disappointed by a yellow discolored strip going through the entire length of the ribbon. Wanted to replace, but Amazon said it would take almost 2 weeks to arrive. I need it by then. Luckily it’s not as visible when under artificial lighting. The actual quality of the ribbon is great, if only it was actually all white.

This is my latest use for this magnificent satin ribbon. Both sides are of an exceptional smoothness. And it's super easy to work with. Classed up the hats way better than I hoped for. And they're just "costume" hats! 25 yards in the roll, and WELL worth the money.

The quality is good. The ribbon does unravel when cut so just remember to singe the cut ends briefly with a lighter. The pink is slightly paler than I wanted, but is still beautiful.
