As others have mentioned, this trim should have been standard from the BMW factory, but since BMW chose not to include it, I decided to order one from Amazon. OCD was kicking in big time every time I looked to my left of the steering wheel and I hoped that this trim will take care of it.Well, it arrived real fast and I was excited to install it.Problem 1: Adhesive from the backing tape had "melted" on to one of the trims when I opened the package. I had rubbing alcohol pads ready to clean the surface, so I used to clean off the adhesive. Simple enough, but I shouldn't have had to go through that process.Problem 2: See one of the photos, where one of the bottom edge kind of curls outwards. QC must have thought that was okay, but in my opinion, it should have been rejected.Problem 3: Unlike the factory center trims, these stick over the plastic surface, therefore the black plastic edges underneath show over these trims. Please reference the attached photos.Yes, these are inexpensive ($12) pieces that I am overly critical of and I could have returned it, but I've decided to keep it for now and find something better next time.

I have no more to add. Just take your time when installing them to not damage the tapes. They install in a minute flat, and look awesome! :-) UPDATE: I ordered a second one for my wife's SUV and was disappointed by the fact that this one was made of plastic and not aluminium like the first one I purchased from the same vendor. Also one of the ends in one of the sides was kind of distorted.

It's a small detail but one that should have been on the vehicle when purchased. Recognizing its quality, price and ease of installation, it is likely the most inexpensive modification you can add to your car. I would have given it 5-stars except as per other reviews, the tape as provided was dried out and had to be replaced prior to installation.

Super easy to install. My only complaint was the price. This feels like a 10 cent piece of plastic sold at $10. Definitely paying a premium because it’s for bmws. Good product nonetheless. Don’t expect it to unstick any time soon and adds a nice accent color to the dash

Super deal and very easy mod. I was a bit skeptical that a $11 item would be that good but it exceeded my expectation. Looks great in my 2016 BMW M4 and it is a perfect fit. I always thought that the dash looked weird without the matching trim around the light switch and now......problem solved!

It's a nice addition and completes what BMW should have done in the first place. However there are some minor imperfections in the bottom ends that cause it to not look flush. If you are looking for BMW perfect quality, this isn't it, however it is about 95%.

Found the time to put it on yesterday and can't stop looking at it! My OCD of on this is cured at the moment! I looks like it came with the vehicle!! I hope continues to stick because the bottom tips curve but I feel should have been straight for flush fit!! Will follow up in a few to let you know....

The trim pieces look very nice and are complimentary with the existing trim. The pieces are very thin so that they fit well over the switch body. One has to be careful not to bend the parts excessively.

Würde ich wieder kaufen. Gute Passgenauigkeit. Klebt bei warmer Temperatur gut. Bei Kälte bitte mit Fön montieren. Auf frei Gängigkeit der darüber liegenden Tasten achten!!! Wenn nicht genau gearbeitet wird klemmen diese.

Non sono costruiti con materiali di buona fattura.Mancano di precisione .sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto.optate per altre cose se volete dare un tocco in piu' al vostro veicolo

Aderisce perfettamente alla mia F31. Unica pecca è che la satinatura è meno opaca di quella originale. Se non lo sai non ci fai caso, ma se lo sai te ne accorgi

Sta su per miracolo...ora che arriva il caldo vediamo se le microscopiche strisce di adesivo tengono. Comunque fanno un bell'effetto.
