Not interested at first until I discovered a trick...I have a 4 months and 2 weeks old morkie puppy who is very active and teething.I filled it up with Milkbone puppy treats which were broken in half because the treat cavities of this toy is small. She initially was not interested in it.So I put so a small amount of natural organic peanut butter (make sure your puppy is not allergic to nuts. Spreading wet dog food on it should work too) around the rim of the colored bubble cavities. Voila, that did the trick! She was instantly attracted to this toy. But she only played with it for about 5 mins in which she licked all the peanut butter and ate all the treats inside. Then she lost interest and moved on to her other toys. This toy was mentioned on the AKC website so that is why I purchased it. It is a good value for it’s price point. Is it a must have? I would say no. But it is a fun to have for my puppy 5 minutes at a time as you see in the video. Haha ;)But I will let my puppy play with it only under supervision as the cavities are made from semi-soft plastic (as other reviewers cautioned). I can see that she might be able to chew off pieces once she gets older.

Great Treat Toy_pup loves it
Our beagle mix is 19lbs and this is the perfect size for her to chew/ play with. She is able to get the treats out easier than the ball we stuff for her but it still occupies her well. When the treats are gone, she chews on the white ends. I'm glad we got this one with the bone ends rather than the rope option. Able to wash clean and pup liked the hard material to chew (like the nylabones she enjoys)

The only toy that must go to Grandma's house.
I received this toy in a Barkbox a over 3 years ago. My Dachshund mix loved it so much that I had to hunt for this toy when a replacement was needed. We have never put treats in the pods there has been no need. Now it's been 3 years and around 7 replacements, this toy is still his favorite by far. We take this toy with us when ever he stays the night and grandma's house. Our local vet says that our dogs teeth are strong and healthy. He credits it to healthy chewing. I believe this toy has contributed to that. I have bought one for all my friends who have dogs. They all tell me how great the toys is and want to know where they can buy more.

Does not last long enough to be worth buying
White chew in middle useful, but will have to cut the sliding parts off as our small pomeranian / jack russell mix was able to chew pieces off one of the sliding parts within a few minutes after getting treats out. He enjoyed getting treats out, kept him busy for about 20 minutes. But shortly after that we had to take it away

Our boy loves it!!! Busy bone!
Pictures are our 40lb mini-golden who is 6 months and has his adult teeth. That is the smaller size bone for reference. He loves this thing. We put three different mini training treats in the colored plastic ring sections which are like a heavy duty silicone, flexible. Keeps him busy a long time. He has had for over a month and still in great shape. Center white bone is like a nylabone.

Great puzzle for dog.
I'll be buying this again. My dog took almost an hour to get al the treats out the first time I gave this to him. And he didn't get bored or frustrated, there was enough reward tof treats slowly coming out that he kept at it. After several times he can now get the treats out in 15 minutes but it's still a good toy. He also will just chew on the bone part. It's very durable but I have a power chewer, so when it finally bites the dust, I'll buy a new one.

Piece of JUNK!
The area for the treats is too small to access for the smallest of food. The white ends are not suitable material and have plastic pieces coming off after less than 30 seconds of chewing. Not safe

Entertainment in a chew toy
We have had these for all of our dogs. From puppy teething to adults, they have all loved these. Just pop in a couple treats and these will keep your pups and dogs busy for hours!

Great for the dog but difficult for me!
We used to have this same toy but with a rope bone, and my pup was able to untie one end and pull the pods off to get the treats! I thought this might be a fix for that issue, but not so much. We purchased this from Amazon mid-december and it had held up pretty good; he has just started to be able to remove the blue pod from the bone (I'm actually not sure how, since the pod end is pretty slim and doesn't show signs of being damaged).I do find it a bit difficult to get treats into the pods, which is probably better so it's harder for him to get them out, but the blue pod is wide open, so leaving treats in there means he can get them pretty easily. There is a bit of a "stopper" on the other side of the blue pod where you can force the pod over and bring it closer to the end of the bone. This makes the opening smaller, but also makes it easier to get into the other two pods; I would have liked it to be the other way around; close to the orange pod, and when you push it over the end, it would make it harder to get into all three pods. The bone itself showed signs of wear as soon as we got it, it had grooves and slashes in it almost immediately.I also find it kind of difficult to clean, as the pods don't come off and food can be hard to clean out, even in the dishwasher.I would probably buy it again, as it does keep him occupied for quite a while, and it's not overly expensive, but might go for the larger one instead.

Best toy. My dog’s absolute favourite!!
Best toy. I’ve bought three because my guy loves it so much. I even buy them for friend’s dogs. He prefers this toy over the twenty other types he has. It’s simple but he loves it!

Not for chewers
This was a lot of fun for our dog. It only lasted a few days as our mini golden doodle puppy is a serious chewer. I won’t be purchasing again because it didn’t last very long for us.

Pas aimé du tout
Trop difficile d’atteindre les gâteries cachées. Mon chien a mangé l’os à la place et s’est blessé les gencives. Une chance qu’on le surveillait.
