Disappointed! I never write negative reviews but this was a disaster. There are NO instructions on anything including its use..How long to hold it against your eyelashes. The most frustrating part is getting the battery in. Again no instructions. I though I was going to break it just trying to get it open. The heating part is cheap plastic and you have to pull on that to get a battery in. The setting is reversed. Off is actually on and on is off. If you forget, new battery required. It took pliers to take it apart so now I’m not putting the bottom part on completely so I can get if off next time.Yes, it does work but not as much as shown in the picture. I’ve had heated eyelash curlers that do much better. I think if it weren’t so cheaply made the concept would be great. I do not recommend. Look for a better version.

I thought the concept is awesome! However, the design is flawed. For me, the cap would not stay on when it traveled in my makeup bag. No big deal, right? This did cause a major issue since the cap kept the item from turning in the "on" position. I basically burned through 2 batteries in a couple of days. Very annoying.

Does not work very well. Can't really see any difference when using the heated curler. I got it because of the reviews. I have full (my real) lashes and it will give them a slight uplift for a few minutes then they are back to normal. Also you have to take the full bottom shell off to put in the battery and if you want it to be chargeable then you have to get a chargeable battery other wise nope!!!

Once i put the battery in, i thought i was gonna break it because the sleeve wouldnt fit over it with the battery, but once i got it in, it heated up just fine

I had hoped for this product that my eyelashes would stay curled longer & appear longer... they didn’t. I do like that it is easier than the pinch one!

It could be better, it doesn't heat up much, it doesn't curl like it should, I have another brand that is better, I just wanted to try and I didn't like

When I received the curler it would not work, but later it started to work after I pull the battery several times and then placed it back. I have only used it once since I received it(yesterday). So I am not sure if I will keep it, because so far it does not live up to the ads.

I did not care for this product. I do not feel like it curled my eyelashes as advertised.
