PixelFlash 64GB 800x Compact Flash Memory Card (64GB800X)

This is a very good Compact FLash Memory. I Purchased the 600X module, not the 800X in the picture. PixelFlash is now offering the 800X at the same price I paid for the 600X (Good For you as a future purchaser). I am using this memory in a Canon 50D DSLR camera to replace a 4GB Sandisk 233X card that I had.The PixelFlash 600X is a much faster card than the 233X card. I am easily able to take the maximum 6fps burst without slowing the camera down. I can continue bursting for 3-4 continuous bursts before the memory loading from the buffer starts to slow the camera down. With the 233X memory card, the camera starts to slow down after 1 or, at most, 2 bursts.The price of this 32GB 600X compact flash card here on Amazon is less expensive than the price on eBay. The price of this PixelFlash 32GB 600X card is less than what I paid for a 4GB 233X Sandisk card at Best Buy. That is quite a savings.I have had no problems at all with communication between the camera and memory card or, between the memory card and card reader. Similarly, I have not lost any files or had any files corrupted from this card.I would recommend these PixelFlash cards to people who are interested in higher performance cards at a very good price. I took one star off because I paid more for the 600X card, and got a slower card, than I could have by waiting a month.

So right out of the container, I plug it in to my D300, and the display says "FULL" odd its new. So I format the thing, and same "FULL" so I go get the current firmware for my D300 and now I went from version 1.00 to 1.11 the current version and tried again, "FULL" so I format the CF again, and "FULL"... I put it into my computer and check it, all is good, read and write, so I format it there, try in the camera again "FULL" So I go look at the tech support site and no help there. So I send off a support request to the mfg and we will see what happens there. So for the quick shipping from Amazon they get a ***** as usual but for a card that does not work right out of the box in a camera.... nope...UPDATE 02-06-2015, no contact from the company, not from a bad review, not from email, no support phone numbers on the web or at amazon. I have returned the device because if I cant get support for something after trying for 30 minutes I do not want it. AMAZON was great through the process... way to go AZ

Perfect data storage for my photos and videos, mostly videos for me. I really recommend this for professionals and beginners either.

This card can shoot jpg and raw at the same time and it has no problem doing the job. Im very happy with this purchase. Wicked fast card. I havent maxed out the storage yet, but i havent needed to. Pick this item up if your in need.
