Excellent Product, Poor Customer Service at Powerlung
Powerlung has excellent products that do work, but I had requested some information from their contact form and it took them a long time to get back with me. I exchanged e-mails and they stopped responding to me to resolve the issue.

Incredible little workout tool for your lungs!
The purchase of this particular product was at the direction of my doctor, a noted Pulmonologist. I had never heard of such a thing! Amazing device! Highly recommend!

Increase breathing capacity
I must admit that I was a little skeptical to purchase this product because I didn't know if it would help my breathing during running. I have exercised induced asthma and currently use an inhaler but still struggle with my breathing especially during humid days. The device requires you to breath from your diaphragm vs. chest breathing which is the correct form when running. I never knew that I was not breathing correctly. I also believe for this device to really be effective, one must use at least twice a day as the instructions indicate. I also use right before I go out for a run too. The device doesn't come with many instructions on how to utilize. However, there are several instructions on youtube.com I believe the powerlung has helped me with running.

Awesome tool - be aware that when the "fit guide" says that the unit is for those of good cardio health, it REALLY means it...this is not a toy, so don't overestimate what you need. if your ego tells you to get a stronger unit, don't. These products are amazing if used properly.

Go with the real thing
I have a powder blue power lung model I had bought many years ago off ebay. Try as I might, I cannot find info about which model I have, and wanting to use the item consistently, I decided to go with a legitimate Powerlung. The Breathair has become easier and more enjoyable to use everyday since I received it. I am looking forward to seeing more benefits.

Powerbreathe
It does what it says but it is large and cumbersome and as a consequence quite inconvenient to use. Some years ago I owned a much smaller equivalent and used it frequently till I lost it. I am going to purchase that model again.
