Great Watch. Knew what I wanted. Prime had the best price by far

I was excited about this watch. Looked great in pictures and was a good value. When I got the watch there was a defect on the dial. The #8 was missing some of the color on the number. I tried to exchange for a non-defective watch but the price had gone up. An exchange was not possible for some reason. So I just returned the watch.Disappointed.

Beautiful watch. I have a lot of nice watches, but this one gets the most attention. I was very disappointed in the packaging. It was clearly a return. However, it was priced 50% cheaper than normal so I'll take it. Beautiful watch.

This $350 watch, that I have worn once per week for my nursing school clinicals on Wednesdays, has stopped working. Yep, that's about 12-15 wears. How do I know its not the battery? Glad you asked - because the second hand still ticks away, but the small and large hands don't move. Which means the date doesn't change anymore either. VERY surprised with this brand! Unacceptable workmanship. Nope, no exposure to water (although water resistant), no drops....nada.Will update and change the rating if I'm able to get remedied, but for now what a HUGE waste on money. DO NOT BUY, this should not happen even in a cheap watch!

Value for the money

13-months after purchase this watch stopped functioning, just out of it’s 1-year warranty. I sent it back to the manufacturer for repair and was quoted $285 for the repair (70% of its original purchase price). This is the second Swiss Army I have owned which is non-functioning and nothing more than an expensive paperweight. Victorinox does not make a quality timepiece and does not stand behind their products.

Purchased the watch June 24, 2020. Didn't wear the watch often, more of a dress watch but did notice this early spring that the watch was running slow. Reset the correct time a couple of times to no avail. Brought the watch to Battery's Plus to replace the battery. Still ran slow. Contacted Victorinox and they said to mail it to a warranty repair place which I did 08/21/2021. They did contact me today and said that it was a defective movement and needed to be replaced. Wasn't covered by Victorinox warranty because I didn't have a Victorinox warranty business replace the battery. Incidentally the nearest warranty repair place is 540 miles from my home.

I like this watch, very good luministation at the night, very good price
