I am happy I made this purchase! This has such lovely elegant binding and beautiful rendition of an actual hardcover. I purchased the Pride &a Prejudice version for my recently bought Kindle Paperwhite (2015 / 7th gen) and it fits great into the plastic casing. If I ever feel like I need case switching, I'll try the methods of what others have suggested, as it appears and feels like you have to use a knife or something to prop your kindle off. but I plan on doing so whenever hitting the gym or bringing this along on an all day venture in my bag. I attached pics of two other foldable/origami cases for size speculation.The delivery was fast and unboxing and installation was easy. It arrived with this hard construction-like paper bounded around the middle half of the book by Klevercase. Just like any hardcover book, with Klevercase's unique binding materials, you'll expect to take really good care of the case, not just following the forwarding 'don't fold backwards' in sticker form to allow longer usage, but just being mindful as if it were any of your own hardcover books. I work at a hospital and ofc being on the floor waiting on patients or being at the nurse's station on a night shift really helps to cover up your electronic devices as you want to be mindful to the rules and policies haha, so this was a great idea to conceal you're reading device but also beautiful to admire from afar. I love it 🌸😌📖

In the search for the perfect case I found this charming book cover. I absolutely could not resist having my kindle paperwhite reflect a little of my taste. I was not sure if the case would be very functional as I typically like to fold the cover so I can hold my kindle with one hand. After using this for a couple weeks I have adapted and have found a few advantages to a book-like cover. First it offers privacy when sitting near someone and I find that the cover keeps the light off of my husband as he is sleeping next to me. I also like that it does not initially look like an e-reader. I had bought it as a novelty but it has grown on me.

This is literally a hard-cover book, beautifully handcrafted in a bindery in Hampshire, England. Even though it is made specifically for the Paperwhite Kindle, getting the reader into the frame was a bit of a challenge. I already have a fine leather cover for my Kindle, but I couldn't resist this tribute to Sherlock Holmes. I give it four stars only because it lacks the one feature my other cover has: a full-length pocket inside the front cover, which is handy for holding notes about what I'm reading. I'm going to contrive one using an acetate sheet protector and then I'll have a five-star Kindle case!

I loved the look of this wooden case. I was disappointed that it didn't have the on/off feature, but that was OK. Even though I thought I was being careful about opening it and not letting the front cover open too widely, over time it has split at the inside seam, and I had to put strong tape on it to keep it from tearing worse. Even though the tape is on the inside, it isn't very nice to look at every day. I think I'll stay with the less expensive cases in the future and replace them when they wear out.

This case was beautiful when it first arrived. It protected my kindle nicely and gave it a "real book" feel, not to mention it advertised my favorite novel of all time. I have used it regularly (at least 1x a day) for about 9 months now. Unfortunately it is now being held together with duct tape and has been for at least the past month. I wish for the price paid, it held up a little better. I have never bent the cover backwards or held it in only 1 hand, so not sure how else to extend the longevity of it.

This cover is so adorable!! It is bound just like a regular book and has the same feel. It does not add much weight to my kindle and I love that it looks like I am reading my favorite book all the time! It is extremely well made. It is definitely a snug fit to get the kindle into the rubber holder but once in, it feels very secure. I am using this with my kindle paperwhite

It looks like great but like the other reviewers said, the inside of case started to show cracking and a lot of wear. Followed the advice of other reviewers and I never folded the front cover back behind the Kindle. The edge still cracked along the inside of the spine and now there is white showing through.

This case gives me life! I love, love Jane Austen. I love, love my Kindle. This case is amazing. I've had it for three months, and I use it almost every day! It seems to be wearing well. It was pretty difficult to get the Kindle in the case. I will probably never take it out unless the case breaks, cuz ain't no way it's going back in.

It's a very peculiar case, it's obviously not designed to be comfortable (you can't bend it back, same as a hardcover book), but to display your love of literature. It also really smells like a book, which is a definite plus!

Beautiful case. Bit pricey, but handmade in the uk, so worth paying for. Quality is good, feels lovely. Is hard to get kindle in, but that is to keep it secure. There is a useful guide on YouTube to help with that. Overall a good product.

I love it.It's a perfect blend of e reading with the traditional skills of bookbinding. It also works, in that the rubber gasket actually fits the kindle device. I hope that klevercases will make one for the 10" kindle fire.One minor point, the book titles on offer are rather too American for my taste. I would prefer Thomas Hardy on my cover.

Saw someone on the tube with one of these so I bought this as a gift and it went down really well. This was for a Kindle Paperwhite and it was a snug fit but after a bit of fiddling it fitted in fine. I have always been a bit sceptical about Kindles as don't like the idea of books and the craft of bookbinding dying out, but this is a brilliant idea as handmade element makes it even more special. Excellent quality and beautiful design.

I Loved this case looks and feels like a very expensive book and as Jane Austen is a favourite author of mine it suited me done to the ground.I found it light and comfortable to hold.I found my kindle paper white just slotted in easily. excellent delivery and packaging thank you.
