Excellent product.
The panties do exactly what is claimed and unlike some others I have tried the silicone itself is thin enough not to cause VPL under tight fitting jeans or skirts.There is only one drawback and it's a very small one, if like me you only have a 28 inch waist then they are slightly on the large size even in the smallest size that's offered. This is the only reason I took off one star. In all honesty they deserved 4.5 stars but you can't do that.The internal catheter is flexible enough to fit even a small male member such as mine whilst still being tight enough to not allow any leaks when you are peeing.I didn't get the version with the vaginal and anal fittings as I don't need that sort of thing, but I would assume that their quality would be just as good as the basic version that I ordered.So to sum it all up these are high quality, comfortable fit, good value and have excellent workmanship overall. The design is well thought out and when you wear them everything is where you would expect it to be had you been born female.I will be ordering a second pair as a spare as I still have 19 months to go before I qualify for my surgery.
