Get the correct sizr
Amazon sells two sizes, make sure you get the size that fits the caulking gun you have. One tube is extra large. The product works extremely well for foam board. Very little smell. It is very sticky, for a water base glue it doesn’t come off your fingers easily.

Great product
Great product used on 1 inch foam board for attic door cover. Better than expected.

Perfect for styrofoam
I've been collecting 1" styrofoam from shipments for a couple of years. I used it to insulate an exposed portion of my basement and this adhesive worked perfectly.

Can’t stop the ooze
First of all, I’m using Loctite Foam Adhesive for a model railroad, so my results may not be valid for someone using it for a building application.Model railroaders tend to use a lot of pink building foam as both a base and to build mountains; so much that a layout under construction is frequently referred to as the “Plywood, Pink Foam, & Pacific”. So finding glues that work on foam without dissolving it is critical. Loctite Foam Adhesive works well to stick foam both to itself and to other materials. It is thick and gooey so it works even when the two materials have gaps between them. But that convenience comes at a cost: it is the worst product I’ve ever used to stop coming out of the caulk gun when you’re done laying a glue line. It keeps oozing, and oozing. It doesn’t matter if you retract the plunger or stuff a nail in the nozzle - the ooze continues! I’ve learned to keep a putty knife located underneath the caulk gun’s resting place so it can collect the excess.

Works
This stuff does work great. We bought it to use on our homemade incubator. It was busted when it arrived but with a little skill and patience, we were still able to use some of it. And the product itself works like a charm.

The right adhesive for foam
I used this foam adhesive to glue a panel to the inside door of a DIY kegerator (for seltzer kegs). Worked perfectly, takes awhile to dry comes out a bit thinner than standard silicon caulk.

7 DAY CURE TIME!!!
I bought this to glue together some foam sheets. It is allegedly the best product out there for this. I glued my pieces up and let them sit overnight. Checked them the next morning and the pieces were still moving around and not glued together at all. I then read the side of the tube to see what the cure time is. It says SEVEN DAYS! I'm at day three and still don't have full adhesion. It may very well work great once cured, but I won't know that for a few more days. The adhesive that squeezed out from in between pieces is skinned over but still wet if I pinch it. Don't buy this if you need results in less than a weekUpdate:Seven days in and I was easily able to pull all the pieces apart. The adhesive is still tacky and not even close to being fully cured. I'm disappointed at best. On the eighth day with the adhesive exposed to air overnight, it's still tacky.
