Initially Clock Didn't work. But the Seller connected and corrected -Handiwork is amazing
I really liked the clock handiwork and craft. It was lively, bohemian as well as well good quality work. However, the Clock mechanics were faulty. I had a weird problem in the clock hands for minute and hours - they wouldn't move, while the seconds had moved. I liked the clock so much that I tried 3 replacements. Finally a chat with Amazon customer service and a request to reach out to the seller helped sort the matter. I sent an email via Amazon contact. The Seller Responded Immediately, heard me out , was very very helpful and then sent a new clock with the right mechanics the very next day. Am very happy with it !
