This is some amazing coating - taste great and a little heat, fries up crispy! Bag is easy open and zips closed to keep moisture out.

I really do like this flour mix—with a few caveats. First, as some reviewers have noted, it can be very salty for most people. Delicious and addicting, absolutely, but definitely salty (due to the MSG combined with salt). It can stand by itself on bigger breasts and thighs, but by itself on smaller pieces, like wings or tenders, it’s really is too salty (and this from a sodium freak, mind you!)With that said, what I do is mix it with Kentucky Kernel Mix, or plain flour. Usually use 30%-50% Chicken Crack with 70%-50% of the other flour. It comes out absolutely amazingly delicious. I’m a fried chicken fanatic, but others who have eaten this Crack mix I make up agree it’s probably the best fried chicken they’ve had (outside of a Gus’s that is).It’s SO expensive, yes, but when only using a percentage of it as I do, it goes a long way. I’ve tried so many different things and techniques in my fried chicken adventures, but Chicken Crack is really a winner for me, and I always have it on hand to throw into the mix!

I use this chicken coating to fry whole chicken wings. AMAZING! It gives your chicken great flavor and a crunchy texture. Your chicken comes out perfect everytime.

I like salt and this was so salty that I was chugging lemonade to eat the chicken we made. We didn't add any salt to it either. I wish they would offer this with 50% less salt.

I was not blown away at first following their recipe but when I made the wings my way using their batter they came out great. For fish I add a little corn meal and creole seasoning to it and It comes out amazing. Works great as fried Pork chop batter too.So why only 3 stars? The price. It's really good but not 40+ dollars good(it was not that expensive when I bought it). The best thing about this product is the consistency of taste. When I am seasoning the batter of my chicken I can be hit or miss, great or tad bland. With this my chicken is consistently really good but not great.

Easy to use but a zipper type closing of the bag would be good. The flavor was good, although you may want to add just a tap of salt of some kind. I think the cost is a little high
