Update December 2015Unfortunately this product experienced mass failure. It is known universally as defective. Contacting the manufacturer - points us back to the selling merchant for the process of a refund. After months of no contact - MegaStoreRetail finally responded to my request for help. They sent a generic message that it was too late for a refund.RUN - DON'T WALK FROM MEGASTORERETAIL - BUYERS BEWARE.I am an avid Amazon shopper. I purchased a Sanus Motorized Mount (LA-112) 4 years ago and still love it. They apparently stopped making them. I purchased this and here are my comments: 1. Very low price and it works. 2. It seems to strain with larger TVs. 3. The dust cover over the expansion area is nice. 4. The remote: RF which is good - doesn't have presets - bad - can't figure out memory button - bad. 5. Included adapter arms for larger TV - good. Summary: Movement still works after a month with a large TV. Left right slow but functional - Up/Down tilt super slow - sounds bad as in struggling and very limited it up/down articulation. Value for dollar is good if you want automatic left/right. Would only buy again if I couldn't find something else within a couple of hundred dollars. Best to stay under 100 pounds on TV - small motor struggles and whines with my Samsung 78" LED. 4 stars for value / performance earns 3 stars.

Worst piece of junk I ever bought, did not work out of the box, I have called their tech department and left a message for three weeks and they won't call me back, stopping payment now, don't buy it!

Ordered for 70 inch TV. Warning Stickers say do not use for over 65 inch TV. Returned for a full refund.

Cant complaint for the money! Does the job. Remote reception is pretty spotty but there are 'zero' alternatives for the price if you have a big TV

With the angle and mounting placement I installed it, the remote does not seem to work as well I I would like.
