I was looking for a plug in motion light that would come on only when there was motion detected. These stay on with a blue light all the time and the light just gets brighter when motion is detected. I don't think that was made clear in the product description or if it was, I missed it. Just want others to be aware that its a constant light so you will not want to use it in a room where someone is trying to sleep.

When plugged in, this light has two modes. Off, where neither the night light or the motion detector work. On, which turns on at dusk and stays on. It does get a little brighter when it detects motion. I wanted a light that was off at night, until it detected motion. These lights don't offer that option. Unfortunately I did not save the packaging.

Works great ... in fact, a little too good. The blue night light is neon blue and there is no setting to turn the intensity down a notch. Otherwise, it's a great nightlight, does brighten when it picks up any motion and dims again after 20 seconds or so. Flashlights work well.

Work well. Only downside is the range of the motion detection . Need to walk very close before lamp brightens. However, the regular nite lite is so bright you don't need it any brighter to make your way in the dark.

Light stays on and simply brightens with motion. I thought it was the same as the Sunbeam product I bought at Costco. I wanted a light that only comes on when motion is detected. If you want a light that stays on it's ok. Not what I wanted.

Love that that work as motion light then take out of holder and they are a flashlight . During power outage they come on white light automatically . Nice blue color night light .

Great motion, blue light and brightness. I just wish it could turn off completely after the time limit.
