Burgundy plum ‘Empowered’ is a sheer matte that’s great for creating a wash of colour or using wet as an eyeliner; navy blue ‘Defiance’ is described as a ‘hard pressed tattoo’ pigment that’s best used as an eyeliner and ‘Debauched’ is a ‘hard pressed sheer matte fuchsia pigment’.
