Joy Large Size Ice Cream Waffle Cone - 192/Case

More than 20% of the cones were broken. I sent an email never got a response. Never got a refund back for this. I am very disappointed.

Tasty, but quite a few broken.

For the price, you'd think they will mostly be intact. They're not. Very, very fragile, super thin. Had to put ice cream in one without it breaking.

I have used these many times and this if the first time I have had so so many broken. I believe they may have been in the oven a minute too long. Extra crunchy, and darker than usual. Would like to get a 50% credit.
