It's the best!
This twig tea tastes delicious and is organic and comes from Japan. I make 2-3 cups from the one heaping teaspoon that I put in a tea glass early in the morning. It is low in caffeine - never makes me feel wired, just energized. I wait about 2 minutes after the water boils before pouring it over the leaves. Then I cover the cup for a few minutes, and then pour the tea through a strainer into the cup I will drink from. It's the best! I love the flavor and the look of the green liquid.

Fine Kabuse
This is kukicha tea, meaning it is a blend made of stems, stalks, and twigs. You may be surprised when you open the bag if you're not familiar with this type of tea. It does have a unique flavor and aroma, due to using parts of the tea plant that are excluded from most other teas. This is my go-to for green tea. The flavor is perfect for my tastes.

Great Kukicha. Mild
Great Kukicha. Mild, creamy, not bitter. High clorophyl (due to the way this is grown). Not a grassy tea, which I like. Easy drinking tea and refreshing. Great hot or cold. As with all green tea, dont use boiling water. Use water thats about 180F and you cant go wrong.

Perfect kukicha tea
Perfect kukicha tea, it was even better than I expected. I usually buy kukicha in person from local Japanese store which is considered high end grocer, and this kukicha was better. Very green color and fresh flavor.

Just right
I love this tea, I order it repeatedly. Always consistent. It is very smooth with just the right amount of flavor, not too strong and not too light. Great way to start the morning.

I like it but this isn't roasted Kukicha
I like it but this isn't roasted Kukicha. It tastes very different. I like the roasted. I'll probably not order this again and get the regular traditional Kukicha.

The worst
This is the worst green tea I ever bought. Half of it in the bag are small stems instead of tea leaves. Very disappointed!

Great quality
Great quality, makes a bright green tea! Great flavor compared to other brands I’ve tried. Definitely worth money.

Good for price . Light taste and coloration. But Not great.
Good green tea for the price. Light. Can only infuse twice, not three like gyokoru or higher grades.Herbal smell and coloration more similar to white tea than traditional Japanese green tea.
