worth the money -- well made, very safe
Seems like a well made product and my son loves it. I have no complaints about it's construction. It's very easy to push this thing using the push-bar, which is adjustable in height, although the rider can still steer your into a bush if he's feeling mischievous and thinks it's funny, although you can always pull down on the bar to lift the front steering wheel off the ground (i.e. as you would to navigate over a curb, for example). There are footrests for the kid when you're pushing, because the pedals will keep spinning (don't free-spin), but they've never wacked him in the shin while using the footrests.I very much doubt he could find a way to tip this thing -- maybe if I took my kid to the top of a hill and pushed him down, but that's absurd. I think it would be impossible for him to tip it on flat ground. This unit has no gears or chain to run afoul of and the direct-drive limits it's top speed. Since it doesn't free-spin, it also forces him to slow down when he no longer wants to pedal. I think older kids would want a free-spin wheel hub and I believe Mobo's larger models have free-spin hubs. For a small child, I think it's a good design decision and I'm very satisfied with it.Despite it's safe design, I make my boy wear a helmet anyway. I similarly was thrilled with the "Bern Unlimited Nino Summer Helmet with Visor", which I also left a 5* review.Update after two years:The turnbuckles which align the rear wheels need occasional adjustment. If your kid says it's hard to pedal, check these. The pull-pin which allows you to adjust the length of the bike (and pedal distance) broke. No easy fix.

Fantasy Big Wheel!
Cross a well made performance bicycle with an old school big wheel and the outcome is the Mobo Total Tot.Pluses:+Well made, nothing feels flimsy. I have a feeling this thing will be almost like new when my kid is done with it.+Grows with your kid. Right now we extended the front wheel way out, my kiddo puts his feet on the little foot plates, and we push him around. Eventually we'll take off the foot plates and he'll pedal.+Solid rubber wheels... better than the ABS plastic wheels of the old school big wheels, but no inflating required.+Good looks. Especially the black one...looks boss! Has a flag which my 2 year old liked almost as much as this trike!+Easy to push (for parents and kids!)Minusus:- (removable) foot plates for before the kid pedals have low clearance, so when you're pushing it around they'll bang in to stuff- (relatively) heavy. Kiddo can push it, but not throw it around like the old school plastic big wheels (maybe that's a good thing?)- a little akward to steer while pushing... kinda reminds me of the BOB ironman stroller, it doesn't really turn so much as point in a new direction.

Great for kids with Special Needs
Purchase for my grandson with CP for Christmas as this is the same bike his therapist uses. He loves the bike! Definitely would purchase again. The only issue is the wheel doesn't seem to be perfectly round, but does seem to work fine. I would also prefer the bike to have a deeper seat to accommodate kids who must wear medical equipment. If he is wearing his Go Swash his bottom is pushed forward about 2-3 in and puts him too close to the edge of the seat.

Nice trike
My son is starting to get the hang of it. He's 3 and his legs I guess was still a little too short because he was having a hard time controlling the bike. He's getting better at it though. Made very well.

Perfect
Set up was hard but man was it worth it! Love this! My daughter is 3 but super tall so strollers no longer work for us. Was looking for something me and her could do together around the neighborhood and this mobo was perfect!! Love the parent handle and the feet rest for when she gets tired. Overall amazing and would recommend!

Best toddler bike ever made!
Finally a quality made product that will last for years. I bought this for my almost three year old and he loves it. The bike is designed to allow your child to use all of his leg power. Very comfortable seating and easy steering, breaking. Well worth the price paid. Fairly easy to put together, all tools needed were included. I am so happy I bought this thing!

The adults want one now!
Great product! It was easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. Applying the stickers was a little bit of a hassle, but worth it. My daughter loves it and is slowly getting the hang of steering it better. It was a great buy for us!

Cool concept, poor execution
This is very hard to steer and pedal. The straps don't stay on and the wheels don't align right. Wish I could return it.
