I bought it because I need it. I do not understand why it dosed not work very well. It does not press the labels event hough it is new. ink is okay, the printer seemly is okay, but the is a huge disappointment. What is wrong with the printer. please fix this or replace it. Thank you.

Bought a renewed version and about 4 yrs old. Not bad but also not as good as expected.

Bought it for work. This is pretty easy to use, we used UPS tech support and UPS supplies labels. Was already familiar with this model. The first one they sent didn’t work out of the box within 24-48 hours I had a new printer at my place of employment! These guys don’t play around when it comes to taking care of their customer.

I was hesitant with buying a used item. Very happy with this purchase. It works flawlessly

The item arrived with panels misaligned. Obviously used and not put back to right.No power or cords of any type, but maybe they were not supposed to be included, though it makes it hard to test or operate without a power cord.
