Despite my scepticism this carburetor is just as good as the original.... why spend more?

Fitted like for like on the engine. No issues and now it runs great again

This kit was bought to service the engine on my 7 year old Honda bush cutter. When restarted it run for a short while after priming but then stopped! When the new carburettor was stripped and compared with the factory fitted original carburettor, it was found that a light conical spring, fitted to keep the internal diaphragm in constant contact over the internal holes in the carburettor, was missing!I had to reuse the original carburettor.

Started first time after fitting. Be sure to check the new spark plug gap though to get the best from it, mine was a bit tight , and that the existing air filter is clean.All good.

Item was well packaged and arrived on time almost identical to the original carb fitted straight away with no problems at all primed it and my tiller started on the first attempt also got spare filters very happy customer

Used for a GX 25 strimmer worked perfectly.Fuel hoses could be longer was able to get around it but may be a problem on a different machine.Overall good value
