Great Starter Pack!
I am an AHA Instructor, but found that this is a great starter item for anyone looking to get a set of manikins to get started. In addition, this could be your go to pack when you need to teach CPR in a hurry!

These have worked really well to train students on CPR. Easy to use, easy to transport, easy to learn - CPR!

Great beginner set
These work just fine. The infant one is a little stiff then some others I have used in the past, but for the price of the set we are very pleased with the product!

Low end, semi-non functional!
The heads are hard and slick. Almost impossible to get a grip and hold in place to practice bag valve resuscitation. Clicker on the adult Useless. Even with the plunger out of the body difficult to make it click. If your looking to teach a lot of CPR don't buy this set. You will be disappointed.

These worked well and are a great starter pack for any CPR instructor
These worked well and are a great starter pack for any CPR instructor. They lasted to a lot of student abuse.

Low Quality Product
I have been BLS/CPR Instructor for over for over 8 years and these manikins are some of the lowest quality products I have ever used. Straight out of the package the foam around the neck was already separating from the plastic. Head tilt is not realistic and breaths are barely visible. Save your money and get a better product; you will be disappointed with this product just as I was.

Faulty AED!!!
Upon arrival the AED did not work properly. It initially refused to turn on, but after removing the batteries that came installed in it (which the Red Cross instructions state not to store them when not in use) it turned on but no sound was ever emitted. Attempts to turn off via power button were unsuccessful leaving the only way to accomplish this would be to remove the batteries. Called customer service and they said it was an Amazon issue. Tried Amazon who redirected to customer service. Not enough time to play the shipping back and forth game since I need this for instructing. Might be in your best interest to try your attempts at a different company.
