Pre-Mixed Grout… (207 - Champagne)

I used this for 3x6 glass subway tile and wanted a translucent, subtle grout that didn't overpower the tile. The crystal moon color is the most neutral one and I am very happy with the look. BUT, removing the haze is extremely difficult! The instructions are useless because wiping it with a damp sponge doesn't get rid of the haze. All it does is remove the excess. I worked in very small batches (3-5 sq ft at a time), and would clean up right away. I thought initially my tiles got scratched because the haze was so bad. After 1 hour, I took the scour pad along with some dishwashing liquid and carefully scrubbed each tile and wiped off with a damp sponge. This got a good amount of the haze off, but you really need to use elbow grease and scrub it off. At times I had to use my nails to scrape some areas. The next day, I used a glass cleaner, scour pad and microfiber towel to take the rest of it off. The hard part is the edge of the tile near the grout line because you don't want to accidentally remove the grout. If you're willing to put in the work then go for it.
