I wanted to give it 5 stars, but there is one minor negative for this item. Overall, I absolutely love it, it solved all the issues I wanted it to and for a good price. I needed a hose that was long enough and that I could leave out on my front porch, but at the same time could be easily hidden away behind something and not bulky, heavy or hard to deal with. This comes with a plastic hook to hand from your spigot and it so light you can hang the hose and nozzle from it and it doesn't put and stress on the pipe/spigot. The hose itself seems rugged, been using almost daily for a few weeks now. It comes with a separate screw on hose nozzle with different settings that is plastic, but of good quality. It has a great feature of a separate on/off switch at the output end so you don't have to use a nozzle yet have total control of the water without running all the way back to the spigot. Without any water water in the hose line it becomes so light and shortens back up making it so easy to deal with even for a child or someone with limited mobility. When you turn the water on and the hose starts to fill up it literally extends to the full 25 ft length like magic, it's pretty awesome technology. Now, the one and only drawback I see to this hose is that there were times where I wanted to not turn on the spigot full force because I wanted a certain setting on the nozzle to be more gentle for a certain plant. What I found is just like when you shut the hose off and empty the water in it to put it away its starts to contract, it will also do that when the pressure runs low when you are in the middle of using it. If you have your water output on low from the spigot and then start to water your plants the water pressure inside the hose diminishes and it starts to contract & get shorter again but you want it still to stay fully extended. However, as soon as you stop spraying the water, like in 1 second, the hose is back to full extension again. I have just found that I need to always open the spigot completely & found a different way of watering the gentle plants/seedlings. Now I don't think twice about it and I LOVE this hose and I will buy another one of these for the back of my house next season. I just wanted to mention that one issue in case it would matter to someone else.

Love love love this house for flexibility ease of use and power from nozzle selections etc… have three of them… but now.. and of season and each one bursting in middle from extreme sun and great of Colorado. Still worth it for season. I’m an avid gardener but have RA so can’t lug and twist big heavy hoses any longer soo this was perfect. Would love a bit of refund from seller because it just lasted a season but am ordering two more for next year as they are soo good for what I need.

I needed to replace one of those aggravating garden hoses that drain your “happy thoughts” with crimps and stiffness and leaky connections.This hose is 25 ft of joy! Weighs next to nothing and easy to use, drain and store away. Since I’m keeping it on a covered patio without UV exposure, I decided to use the plastic hanger that’s included. You will also like the nice multi position nozzle with extra washers. Fittings seem good as well with no leaks. I was so impressed I ordered the 50’…I can’t attest to durability at this time, but will update my review if any issues come up.

Wish I would have gotten the 50 ft hose, I have to really pull on this to make it to 20 ft. I don't know about durability yet, but it seems to be well made.

This hose works well for people who don't want a standard vinyl/rubber hose. With no pressure, the hose is under 10 feet long, which makes it very easy to hang unobtrusively or store away. Once pressurized (with the spray nozzle closed or ball valve shut), the hose grows to 25 feet long. This needs to be considered if one plans to use the hose with a sprinkler, for example. The hanging hook is very flimsy, but the hose is so light, a more robust hook isn't necessary. The plastic spray nozzle feels a bit low-quality as well and has a variety of settings, but none emit a lot of water. I suspect this is due to the fact that, if too much water comes out of the nozzle, the pressure in the hose will drop and the hose will shrink. The brass fittings are surprisingly high quality. The hose appears to be durable. Its flexibility seems to prevent kinking, but it can twist closed. This did not damage the hose. If you truly need 25 feet, though, it's best to buy a longer version.

I have many roses. This hose really punchures easily. I have more than a half dozen punchures after a summer of use. The hose is nice and easy to handle wishes it did not punchure so easy.

A very good product. Substantial improvement over those heavy rubber hoses. This one is easy to carry and fold back after use. I hope it lasts long. I won't know that until after the passage of time. But I did like this one enough to have bought two more.

Within a month of use, the hose seemed to get wet on the outside, and a couple of weeks later, water is now squirting through the hose, and is not usable. The seller has a 1 year warranty for replacement but have been unable to find any contact info on the seller anywhere.Update: The seller replaced the hose without any issues.
