I never knew that dogs can see blue until I read this book with my daughter. Now I know why my puppy targeted my blue stuffed animals and slippers.

A lot of interesting info about dogs, told in a nice "kiddish" way. Even parents will learn!

写真と挿し絵で犬について学べるような作りになっています。犬にはいろいろな種類があり、種類によって特異なことが異なることに言及し、泳ぎがうまい犬、狩りにたけた犬、走るのが速い犬などがいることを紹介しています。ひとつ驚いたのは、犬の前歯の上の方には小さな穴があり、そこからも臭いを感じることができるということが書いてありました。一番小さい犬は、ティーカップチワワ、一番大きい犬はセントバーナードとMastiffだそうです。初めて聞く犬なので、検索してみたらポニーくらいの大きさ！最後に犬をしつける訓練の仕方にふれており、とても教育的な内容です。お手やお座りの訓練の仕方が書いてあります。
