Bought as replacements for use with my Craftsman 82029 multi-meter. Like many of the other reviews, I had to trim the boot covering the connector to get it to fit (about 3/8"). They work great and still have enough of the insulating boot covering the connector. The probes are longer & more narrow, making it easier to get readings in hard to access places. Accurate measurement. Great product.

Nicer ends and wire than what came with my cheap meter. Insulation seems more flexible so it should last longer. Handles are much easier to work with. They are about 6" longer than the originals, would be nice if they were a little longer yet. But for this price I can't complain. I had to trim back the sheath around the banana plugs for this meter, but I expected that.

When I first tried the probes they didn't work. I put the DVM on beep continuity and nothing happened. After sliding the probes against each other I found a few spots that were conductive. I had some wipes and isopropyl alcohol sitting around so I cleaned the probes and now they work OK.I'm not sure if the non-conductive coating was from the plastic probe covers, or corrosion but the probes weren't ready to use out of box so I was slightly disappointed.

They are pretty cheap, only last 5 days of every day use.. I use them as an emergency.. Have to buy 2-3 at a time.. Accuracy, well with a fluke meter on ohms : probes read 2.3 ohms, jingle the wires and goes to .05 ohms. You get what you pay for here. you have to tape the wires to the plastic probe out of the package. No calibrating hospital equipment with these puppies..

Got these leads for my Harbor Freight DVOM. They work great and are much more durable than what it comes with.

I like these probes, they are very pointy. I only use them for precision needs and use the regular blunt probes for normal tasks.

Perfect just what I wanted

The multimeter test leads are complete garbage! I plugged both the positive and negative test leads into my multimeter, but nothing worked so I took a good close look inside the plugs and I saw that the metal prongs or contacts that go inside a multimeter on the black lead was torn apart and breaking so I took a good look at the positive lead that one was loose internally. To my dismay these multimeter leads are cheaply made in the area of the part that plugs into your actual meter the metal contacts inside are very thin metal and very flexible so you have to very gingerly plug them inside your multimeter otherwise they will easily bend and break! I've read the reviews from other Amazon customers who have had no problems unfortunately from my perspective these contacts are too thin and cheaply made. I'm going to have to look for a different type and hope that I find a better one.
