ZWILLINGJ.A. Henckels 100 Grit Glass Water Sharpening Stone

Amazing stone! The title says 100 grit but it’s actually 1000 grit. It’s as good as naniwa chosera stones and shapton glass stones. It’s harder than chosera stones. It has good elasticity but a little more hard than elastic. On sale it’s amazing for the money but even at the full price it’s an amazing stone. This stone and the chosera 800 and shapton glass 1000 are the top 3 stones in this grit range in my opinion.

I have Japanese knives with harder steels and this water stone along with the others that I have take really good care of my knives

Amazing product. Added this one to my set. I had the 400,1000,5000 and leather strop. The 3000 helps when jumping from 1000 - 5000. You don't have to do as many stokes on the 5000 and it cuts faster. If you have the full set and try and limit jumping from a smaller grit to a really high grit the edge you create will be stupid sharp. I recently added the 10000 to my collection. Wow. It sharpens my kramer knives better than they came from the store. And they were really sharp!

The price is high but when paying for quality that's how it is. I have the full set 400 - 10000 plus the leather strop. I have been a chef for 10 years now and these are the best stones I have owned. They do the job quickly and get your knives scary sharp! The only way to have a knife. The 10000 grit Is a must but then finish it with the leather strop and cut anything like a hot butter knife.

These stones are amazing and get the job done perfectly. So much less hassle then the normal waterstones. Being a chef and using my knives daily theses keepe my knives extremely sharp!

I have the whole set of 4 stones and they do an amazing job of sharping knives.

The stone is amazing to make a razer sharp knife and it's so simple to use :)
