Doesn't deliver- there was no 21 day Meal Plan and if you are a Beginner, it is hard to balance-
recipes are abundant but mediocre and there is no 21 day meal plan- was it forgotten? each chapter focuses on different foods- ie. seafood, deserts.....

Okay but not amazing
The problem with this book is there is nothing really new here and alll of these recipes or something like it are available for free on the web. This was not my best investment.

Some of the recipes are in wrong parts. No pictures to see exactly how food look and should look.

Slightly disappointed
Just started reading this book. Recipes look good, but a lot of mistakes. I have found many recipes with ingredients listed twice. On the front of the book it mentions a 21 day meal plan, I have looked in table of contents and throughout the book and can't find that.

False advertising
On the cover of the book it claims there is a 21 day diet meal plan. I’ve gone through the book numerous times and there is no such thing. I’ll update the rating if I’m just missing it and someone can point out where it is. It’s not in the table of contents either.

How to count the carbs.
She lists nutrition information but doesn't specify if it is net carbs, I assume you have to subtract the fiber from the carbs to get net carbs which is very important for beginners to know.

Not as well written as I thought. Spelling mistakes and mix ups with the recipe ingredients.
