AQUAROBOTMAN MagicJet Underwater Scooter,Buoyant Design for Kids/Adults,3 Action Cameras Compatible,2-Speed Modes for Water Sports Swimming Pool & Snorkeling Adventures

We purchased this in Dec 2019 and in April of 2020 had issues with it. The fan stopped spinning on me when the button was pressed. The company was quick to get back to me and told me I would have to pay for the part ($279) and shipping to ($75) and from ($42). They wanted it shipped to Hong Kong for repairs and the cost for me to ship it there was just way too much. I thought this had a 6-month warranty but was told they think I broke it so I was responsible for the cost of repairs. It did not make sense to spend close to $400 to repair it so I ordered a different brand on Amazon.Upadte, They took care of the proble, it did cost me a lot to ship it to them but all is good.

The first product’s battery was not working but I was sent a 2nd product within a few days. I am now trying to return the first product but it is a major challenge due to the large battery being a dangerous good and I need to ship it back internationally. Amazon is somewhat helpful through the process but it remains distinctly to resolve.The product itself works as advertised, but perhaps my expectations were too high. During snorkelling it does give you some pull but I don’t see the massive advantage as I am still very fit and like to play around while snorkelling. During our recent Maldives trip I only used it once for that reason. I can’t compare it with competitors but the entire concept of the underwater scooter is now not as appealing to me anymore. It is also a major hassle for travelling, as it is quite bulky

Good quality product and impressive battery life. Not cheap in price, but well worth the money.

These little scooters at FUN & AMAZING!!! Customer service is TOP-NOTCH!!! I would recommend these scooters to anyone who wants to have FUN in the water!!

This is a great fun scooter for the pool. Nice design, not bulky like others.

This unit is way underpowered for an adult 185lbs or more. Does not come close to meeting performance as stated in listing details. (Slower, lacks thrust, poor design, and overpriced.I’ve tried several models of dive scooters and Aquarobotman was the worst.The Sublue Seabow has the best power, and features but needs some software issues fixed in the 2nd gen if they listen to those who have tested it. ($950) isn’t pocket change for most people.Aquarobotman is just another expensive water you will be greatly disappointed in unless you get it for free and are a small person
