My family has been using this product since the 1960s. Simply the best for chicken, fish, seafood, onion rings, mushrooms. Krispy, not soggy, not salty.

Best batter for fish!!
Best batter for fish and onion rings!! More like tempura batter than heavier corn meal batters. We normally get this from the grocery store, but when they went out of stock during COVID and didn't know when it would be back, we ordered it from Amazon. A bit more expensive, but well worth it as a 5lb bag lasts us a long time!!

We love this batter mix. You can't find it in the stores around us anymore. We use it for chicken, fish and shrimp.

My husband likes this as a coating for fried perch and crappy, it’s nice and light for the small filets. Have trouble finding it in stores. Someone suggested I try Amazon and BINGO!

Good product but you can find it cheaper
The product itself is great for frying fish with pbr. The cost of this is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I found it in my local IGA store for1/3rd The cost.

Best flavor we’ve ever had!
