The Chill Factory Chill Factor Slushy Maker, Blue

I purchased two Chill Factors. One worked great making the slushy. The other Chill Factor worked a little, but most of the liquid did not turn into slush. I liked the one that worked so much I decided to buy a third, hoping that it would replace the one that did not work very well. The third one only worked slightly better. After the three Chill Factors have been in the freezer overnight, I can tell which one is the best by just a slight squeeze of the empty cups.Update: I left all three in the freezer for a couple of days. Doing so resulted in great slushes from all three. I am now very satisfied with the product and have changed my rating to five stars. (The Chill Factor cups were in a full freezer at the time of cooling).

My kid really wanted. I encourage kid's adventure and bought one. The idea did not work at all. First it is difficult to get inside layer freeze (needs very low temperature); even it is frozen, it is hard to pore liquid to make that liquid slushy. I have thrown the box, otherwise I could return. Save your money by sharing my experience. Or if you do want to try, keep the box and get ready to return.

It only works once before you have to put it back in the freezer and only does about half a can of soda. Still a pretty fun product though.

This is my 4th Slushy Maker by Chill Factory! Can make slushys and "margaritas"I wouldnt have bought 4 slushy cups if they didnt work but I would NOT pay more than $9 (on the high end) for these! $5 to $7 is what I feel this product is worth!REVIEW:This thing works with anything! Juice,soda,water,sports drinks make your own powdered drink,fruit punch,lemonade, COFFEE (make sure its already cold though)After washing it out (MAKE SURE (YOU TAKE IT APART AND CLEAN IT THOROUGHLY) and placing in the freezer(for first use over night) and the next day just pour in your desired liquid and squeeze squeeze squeeze (you dont have to use much pressure)In around about 3 minutes you will have a slushy (as i said I own 4 of these),but IF YOURS is not working as intended (as the first one I had purchased didnt seem to make a slushy the way I thought it could) I would return it for another one.NOTE and ADVICE: After following the directions if the product does not do a satisfactory job (i mean its NOT gonna make 7-Eleven slushy's) BUT IF it doesnt perform as intended you ******probably got one that has lost some of its cooling agent***** and in my opinion would make it a defective item (I should have sent my first one back) and thats what I recommend you do if it doesnt live up to its name.All in all the product WORKS and recommend it********ALSO take into consideration the size of the cup and the space it will take up********** ANNNND last but not least make sure the cup is dry before putting it in the freezer after washing it (INITIALLY AND AFTER EVERY USE) sometimes water gets in between the cooling agent part of the cup and the color outer silicone and ice builds up in between the two pieces (usually on the bottom) which makes the cup a little "stiff" because of that ice build up!4 STARS!!!

With two young sons, we have experimented with multiple types of slushy makers. This is by far the easiest to use. It works best if the soda is chilled in the fridge prior to putting it in the maker.It is surprising how little effort is required to make the slushy. In less than a minute of semi-vigorous shaking and it is done.The soft interior portion of the maker is easy to take out and wash.We have tried soda, diet soda, and Kool-Aid and all work.

Does not work!!! No ice at all!!! I froze it like it said added the drink and squeezed it, did everything it said and nothing!!! Very upset that I waste my money on this, I wouldn't have gave it any star but then I couldn't warn anyone about what a bad idea it to waste your money on this!!!

Didn't work as expected. Pretty much have to freeze liquid in it to make it slushy.

Our little boy loves having fruit juice turned into fruit slushies in this thing. It lives in our freezer, and when it occurs to him to have a slushy (which was more or less continuously at first, and is now down to about 1-2 times per week), we pull it out, pour in some juice, and after a minute or two of stirring, he has a slushy. I recommend using already chilled juice, as room temp juice results in a somewhat more liquid slushy.
