Animals of the World Book and Jigsaw (Usborne Book and Jigsaw): 1 Paperback – 5 Sept. 2019

This is a lovely quality jigsaw and book. It is a 200 piece jigsaw which was a good level of challenge for my 8 year old. Each piece had identifiable bits of the animals on so it could be matched to the picture on the box.The only thing I would say could be improved would be the picture on the front is covered by the boxes with words in, and the picture on the back is very small! Perhaps if there had been a larger picture of the puzzle in the book that may have been helpful.The book itself is also very nice, it’s not very long but it has facts about some of the different animals divided into groups of their preferred habitat eg deserts, rainforests etc. This means you have to refer to the puzzle to see where in the world the animal lives (eg the desert animals may be from Africa or North America etc).The artwork is very nice, it’s a bit cartoony and cute but still possible to identify the animals.Overall I would recommend this puzzle and book and my son and I really enjoyed making it and looking up the animals.

Excellent jigsaw, very good quality pieces. Educational with the bonus of a handy book full of facts about animals from around the world and where they can be found. Fabulous gift, grandson loves it.

I just love the quality and the details of these puzzle. We have several sets and have so much fun time to complete them. Find it easy to join the pieces together and the box is sturdy.

This is the most beautiful puzzle. Excellent quality, artwork and the book it comes with is just lovely. Excellent value for money as well! Would buy again as a gift. Will be ordering similar puzzles and books like this if I can.

Very good price. Quite a large box so makes a substantial gift. I haven't seen the contents as it is a gift obviously but if it is anything like other Usborne products it is likely to be great.

Bought as a present for a 7 year old, he’s taking his time with it as nothing really holds his attention for too long but he is really enjoying it! The colours are lovely and bright and the animals are really well drawn too!

The puzzle is very well manufactured and has very vibrant colors. The kids love it

This is a wonderful jigsaw. I’ve had so much fun completing it (many times) with my grandkids. Beautiful fun images, great quality pieces. And the thing I like most is the labels (for countries, animals) that not only help you place the pieces, but help develop kids’ knowledge of the continents and their animals. Highly recommended for children aged 8 - 68 :-)

Usborne is always fantastic quality, my 5yr old son loves puzzles, and this is his first 200 piece. Challenging enough for him, but not so much that he gets discouraged. This will not be my last Usborne.

My 4 year old is un love with puzzle and I have bought so many urborne puzzles and they have are really good at also being informative. My sons loves the books that come with them.
