Make it chargeable when the phone is completely dead
I like how it’s convenient to use by using Bluetooth. But you can’t charge it when you’re phone completely dies which is a problem.

Great for the office
This item is great for my office. I can charge my phone and listen to music at the same time. Well worth it!

Not A Fast Charger!
Well let’s start with the positive. The speaker is amazing. If I simply bought the product for that it would have received 5 stars. But I bought it for the charger and that’s where the stars fell. Actually 1 star was too much. The charger that was classified as fast charging is very very slow. I had my IPhone on it all night and it was still at 30% with its blue light showing the next morning. So I sent them back(because I bought 2) and received replacements. Same thing happened with both! My final conclusion is the product is inferior. Don’t waste your time or money looking this way UNLESS you want awesome speakers only.😩

Charges slowly and the light does not shut off when that phone is done charging.
This charger is slow to charge,it takes hours to charge to full capacity. The light does not shut off when the phone is done charging, which disrupts my sleep. You have to take the phone off the charger for the light to turn off. It says it is suppose to shut itself off, it does not. My phone is warm when i take it off the charger. the sound quality is not the best, and it does not get that loud. My actual phone is louder then when the speaker is connected.

Not impressed
Have an iPhone XR does not work with the case on and have to take the case off to use it and then it’s very finicky to get it to work right not very satisfied with this.Sound quality is average to below average no bass I’m not very impressed with this whole unit.

Not worth my money
The charging base with my iPhone xr is too slippery.. my iPhone keeps falling off and because it cannot have a case on it while charging im afraid its gonna crack.. not worth my money at all i was better off getting a regular cord charger

Bluetooth speaker, great! Wireless charger not so great.
I like the Bluetooth speaker it’s great, sound quality is amazing my issue is with the charger. My phone has been on charging all night and is still only at 37%. I will not buy this product again and am now on my way to the store to buy a new charger.

You get what you pay for
The product is very very slow to charge even when phone is not in a case. Put my phone to charge overnight at around 11:00pm, woke up at around 3:00am, the blue charging indicator light was still on. It's supposed to shut off after the phone is fully charged. The speaker is a joke; the speakers on the phone are a better quality. There's absolutely no bass music sounds like its in a tin can. Sending this item back. I will stick with my JBL that has a lightning connector.
