I ordered Green Coffee Bean Extract Capsules, because I am trying now to loose the weight and it going quite slow. Also this winter mood and lack of energy. I start to lose weight, not sure if it because of these capsules. I am taking it early in the morning and for sure I feel more energy for the whole day and it improve my mood too. No any side effects, even I have problem with my stomach, but these capsules are ok. These capsules doesn't have any taste, also the size is quite big, but still easy to swallow. Good price. Recommend it.

I ordered these SimplySupplements Green Coffee Bean Extract Capsules to aid in a pre Spring health kick, I like the fact there is also added zinc and thought I would give these a try after doing some research. I have been losing weight but not sure if I can attribute this to these tabs only as have been employing other measures as well. They do definitely give me a boost in the morning, more focus & on it but I do have to make sure that I taken them very early in the day as otherwise they do interfere with my sleep but I do have sleep issues generally, others may not have this issue. The capsules are fairly big but I find them easy, enough to swallow, no noticeable taste all over these seem to be a good quality product from a UK based company

A while back I came across the claim that to get the maximum benefits of drinking coffee, the lighter the roast the more the anti-oxidants. Searching for lightly roasted coffee, I quickly discovered that any roast under 3 is hard to find, and anyway to my taste, the darker the roast the more exciting and delicious. So I was delighted to find that I can get the benefits of totally unroasted coffee without sacrificing my daily treat. Green here does not mean unripe but unroasted. (The powder in the capsules is pale brown.)The capsules are quite large, but so much easier to swallow than tablets. I take them with meals, each one washed down with a swig of liquid and a bite of food. I do take too many prescription meds plus supplements. I am pleased that here zinc is included, so I don't have to take that separately.I am going to follow my usual policy of halving the suggested maximum dose of 2 caps daily. After all, I will be consuming my brewed coffee as well. The current price of £8.99 seems a lot more reasonable spread over 2 months.The plastic tub is not very exciting. I do prefer the minimalist packets adopted nowadays by many supplement sellers.

This is a very good quality green coffee supplement. It is rather potent, packing an impressively high amount of green coffee into one dose. It is a very easy to take 1 – 2 capsule dose. When I took this, I didn’t have any adverse side effects at all. No jitteriness, no stomach upset, even when taken on an empty stomach.I really like the fact that this supplement is good for a lot of different dietary requirements. It is free of a lot of the allergy inducing ingredients, and it is vegan/vegetarian friendly. It is one of the better quality supplements that I have taken.It is still too soon to know if it helps with weight loss, but so far I am happy with this supplement. It seems to help with my energy level, as long as I get up and get moving. It isn’t packed with caffeine, so it doesn’t give you that “get up and get moving” jumpstart, however it helps me keep going once I get started. I find I don’t get sluggish/tired as easily as I do when I don’t take this supplement.Overall, I am happy with the quality and performance of this supplement. I plan on keeping it as a part of my daily routine; I like the results so far.
