Poor quality, stopped working after 1 time of use.
Delivery was excellent, however theproduct came out blue, not grey as shown on the thumbnail, with air bubbles as shown in the picture.After 1 time of use, it broke and won't go on again. I had only used it 1 day, so it's not possible that the batteries have died. The device simply won't turn on at all, despite me following all instructions that came with it.I would appreciate a replacement or a refund, because I cannot use this product.

Item works
I was expecting this item to be in grey like the picture however I actually got it in blue. The good thing is, is that the item works and I actually like blue so it’s a win win!
