Features of Roof Canopy Patio-Mate roofs are a tough triple ply laminate. The top and bottom layers are vinyl treated to resist mildew and fading. The added middle layer is a polyester scrim to ensure structural strength and shape retention. Grommets in each roof panel help avoid water pocketing and sagging. The roof panels are reinforced at the seams with vinyl binding and the scallop (valence) at bottom is bound to retain shape and facilitate water dispersal. Roof peak heights range from 89” to 106”. Patio-Mate roofs are available in two colors, an architectural gray or earth tone almond. This sturdy roof canopy provides a relaxing outdoor haven, insect free and sheltered from the sun's rays or a light summer rain. Set Up, Maintenance and Roof Storage There are four steps for assembly: 1. Attach stabilizer channel to patio and house structure. 2. Unfold accordion-like wall assembly; securing to stabilizer and deck 3. Assemble rafters and secure to frame and house. 4. Slide vinyl roof into channel, fasten in place and enjoy.
