Anyone know the difference between a D-core and Tri-core pillow?

D core has the shape of the D, flat on one of the sides. Tri - is more triangular in shape. The D is a more comfy fit for me with the rounded side. Whereas the angular shape of the Tri doesn't fit my face as comfortably.

If there is a stain of some kind, you can "spot-wash" with a cloth. I mix a little soap and water and wet the cloth and scrub gently. I give the entire pillow a spray of Lysol (or other disinfectant) each time I change the linen. If there is another way to wash these types of pillows, I'm unfamiliar with it. Hope that helps.

For short-necked petite people who tried it: was it too wide for your head to reach the center?Was your head pushed too far forward or chin tucked in?

Yes, I had the very same issue and this pillow worsened my existing neck issues. There is negligible difference between the two sides in regard to sizing. The photos show much more of a difference in size than it is in person. Of course, this is a non-refundable item and now I’m out the cost of said pillow and still without a solution. This is a cervical pillow company that is more concerned about the size of the headspace than they are with the actual piece of pillow that goes under the cervical spine. These cervical pillows are more for people who don’t have major issues with their neck but rather a prophylactic measure to keep the cervical spine in its natural position.

The D-Core pillow has a cotton/polyester cover and it is filled with 100% virgin polyester fiber. This is the only materials configuration available in the D-Core.
