EloE005277 Power Brick and Cable Kit Power Adapter, External

Even though the PowerBrick I purchased was specifically for the 17 inch Elo, the connection point is still a bit loose. I've got this new one to work, but I had to tie it into place with electrical tape and twist ties. I shouldn't have to do all that just to get the Elo sanctioned plug to work properly. It's a brand-new Elo, and a brand-new power brick, there should be no problems...it should fit nice and snug. And it's still not happening....

This item (at least those from seller UpBright) doesn't even come close to meeting OEM specs. The barrel is NOT the correct size, though some come with a little adapter to down-size to the right size (I bought 4, only 1 came with the adapter needed). If you do an online search for 2586135 you'll find what I'm trying next, which should be the actual ELO part.

I bought this to replace a failed supply. I received it very quickly and it worked as expected. It was an exact fit. This is all I needed.

This is a scam! Ordered 10 of these and none of them work with the ELO. They are "UpBright" brand which weigh next to nothing. The barrel doesn't fit into the monitor safety, the current isn't the same, and the unit they sent isn't UL listed. This should be taken down as these are garbage and far from the quality of the power supply they picture.

It works and was a fair price.

When I finally needed it and opened the box to use it the power supply didn't work. Totally left me out in the cold. I swapped power supply with my other unit to make sure and it didn't work on other monitor either. Total disaster. Would never use them again.

Touch screen for a piece of manufacturing equipment. Same as OEM at 1/3 the price. How can I go wrong.

Not sure why this needs a review, but the build quality is fine and it powers my device fine. Don't hesitate to buy if it suits your needs.
