It works!
I used this product to remind my body what proper posture feels like. Most of the time it just sits on my bureau and I straighten up as soon as I walk by and see it there! However, periodically when my upper back and neck start to burn then I know it is time to whip it out and put it on for a quick refresher course. I'm extremely glad I purchased this item. I just use it at home for 15-20 minutes as often as needed to get back in touch with my determination and to remind my brain what correct posture feels like. BTW- There is hope for you. My chronic back pain was completely relieved by this device. I've never worn it long enough to need the armpit pads that come with it. My back tires out before that happens. Later, I have enough strength to hold my shoulders back from the area that would become irritated.

Good posture correction
Wore this and after the first week noticed a significant improvement in my posture. So far so good
Haven't had this long enough to notice a big change when I'm not wearing it (recommends starting at 30min intervals) but I am certainly more mindful than before of my sitting position. Takes a bit of getting used to but not uncomfortable by any means

Fits well, works well.
Doesn't ride up, doesn't pinch, fits nice with or without a shirt. As soon as you put it on, you'll instantly feel the difference as you "prop" up.For reference I'm 5'10 with about a 38" chest.

improving my posture for sure
seem to really be helping me with my posture. it forces you to sit upright. i haven't used it for that long but i feel like its relieving my slouching and bound to improve my posture long term. not uncomfortable at all if anything it feels kind of nice.

kids. Acieve the right posture you have to put it at a certain tightness making the shoulder-underarms uncomfortable.

Painful and Uncomfortable
The v-shape rests directly on my neck. It hurt so much i had to return it. I would not recommend this for anyone. Regardless, it doen't do much on anything for my posture.
