I purchased 3 different brands of headsets for the Distance Learning. My children won't use anything else but this brand. I like to use this too when I have to use a headset. We haven't used it for gaming so this review is for the use in Distance Learning setting. 1. It fits everyone in the household from littles to bigs. It even fits my tiny kindergartener's (25 percentile) head to my big 3rd grader's (85 percentile) head comfortably, thanks to the smooth cushion on the headband part and plenty of padding over the ears. Once expanded, it fits my adult head. 2. Super comfortable compared to some other brands I bought. Because it doesn't actually touch the ears, the ears don't get as sweaty as some other brands with smaller ear covers. There is a plenty of padding on the ear piece so it doesn't hurt you when you talk. 3. Great sound and mic quality. I never have issues of kids not being able to hear their teachers. The volume control also has a wide range of control compared to some other ones which the volume control changes the volume too extremely. On this, the wide range and the physical roller volume controller makes it is easier to find the comfortable level of volume without pausing what you are doing on screen. I love the clarity of the mic when speaking. My child's teacher asked for more info on this brand so she can refer it to other students. 4. Durability and flexibility. Mic piece is flexible so kids can control it. It helps to not having to shout louder to make yourself louder during the meeting. The headband area is flexible too so it increases the user-friendliness when kids put it on and off themselves. 4. Excellent customer service. One of the first purchase was defective where the input jack was faulty and the seller replaces it right away. Shipping could've been faster but I can't complain too much since it was still delivered within reasonable time. Thanks for the great product!

I don't expect these to last forever, but they do what they're supposed to. PROS - Mic works consistently without noise/stuttering or noticeable latency. - Voice and audio comes through clear. - Contains adapter to use both mic & phones, otherwise you can use them only as headphones with a single jack. - Mic wand is very flexible and typically stays where you position it - Headset is comfortable and adjustable (fits both my 6-8 year old kids and my big 30-year old head) - Unbeatable value at ~$40 for 2 headsets - Instantly detectable on Windows 10 PC's with Realtek audio; no driver/install NOTES - The dragon symbols are stickers, not lights. Nothing "glows" or lights up on the headsets. - Tested using Discord on three Windows 10 PCs, all using on-board sound /w Realtek audio drivers CONS - Sound-cancellation is mediocre. Good enough to filter distractions and communicate, not good enough to record audio tracks or mix/master sound - Output adapter is flimsy and may easily rip if accidentally jerked too hard - Plastic mic wrapping is also flimsy & thin

With everyone working and schooling from home, we don't have the space to be set up in separate rooms. However, kids are able to focus on their own classes from the same room! I love to volume adjustment on the wire too, and the mic makes it easier for the teacher to hear my kids clearly. Update: I have to change the rating to 4 stars. That’s because I can see why the headphones were inexpensive. They were perfect in the beginning, but now (5 months into virtual learning), the microphone isn’t working consistently and the wire is thin and torn.

My kids are gamers so this is the 2nd set I've bought. They worked great the first time I purchased a year ago... I just purchased my 2nd pair and only one headset worked....so I contacted the company with my issue and they immediately responded and offered to send me a replacement free of charge. I would highly recommend these to people I know. Great customer service and overall besides the minor issue they are a great product. I will buy again when my kids need more replacements.

Great price, but you get what you pay for. My youngest only really uses the headphones and has no issues. My oldest however likes to play Minecraft with his friends. For some reason he has persistent issues with his Mic cutting out fairly frequently. He has to reset it in software as if the system no longer sees the mic from time to time. This is not an issue with my good headset when used on the same system. These are fine headsets but definitely not great. They were the cheapest I could find and I think they're adequate for the price I paid.

Kids love them and they came at a good price. Thry don't have the noise cancelation function on thrm but there physical design blocks alot of noise so thr kids don't here me calling to thrm when thry are on. Bugs thr crap out of me but kids love how emersive their gaming is with the headphones. They seem more rugged and durable than others I've bought on Amazon but only time will tell.

I purchased this set for my twins for their online learning with their laptops for kindergarten. Their teacher said the sound was excellent. It also helped having the microphone on the headset mic rather than the cord. It made for less static when the kids were talking. Their previous headphones had the mic on the cord and their was constant background noise for the teacher. The kids also loved that they looked like gamers.

Got this pair of headphones for my boys’ distance learning due to COVID and they are perfect. Solid product, but even better in cust service-one of the headset’s wire somehow broke and they immediately shipped me a replacement set (yes, that’s two) upon hearing about it (and I wasn’t even asking). This might be my first product review ever and I apologize for any product specific details, but I believe post sales customer service is equally important. Highly recommended.
