Works as intended and looks good
This item works well due to the holes in it. You don't want a lot of flour on the bottom of your pizza dough. When raw flour burns, it tastes better and nasty.The holes allow the flour to sift thru leaving very little attached to the bottom. Pizza comes out tasty.The product is a bit pricey for a piece of metal, but it's the cheapest I could find when I was in a pinch to get one of these quickly.If you like making your own pies, this is well worth getting in your arsenal.

Didn't work well for me...
I got this because I read that the perforations would release the pizza dough more easily than a flat peel. Good theory, but it didn't seem to work in practice-the soft dough seemed to "catch" in the holes. Its nicely made but didn't do the job that I was hoping it to do(release the pizza to the oven more easily) and it was pricey so I returned it.

Perfect size for small gas or wood ovens.
This peel is perfect for the small gas fired pizza ovens such as ooni and roccbox. Fits the front of the oven Nicky. The holes in the peel allow excess flout to be removed. The peel is well built and looks very professional
