Great little book for traveling
Great little book for traveling. I didn't realize that it didn't cover the Caribbean countries, but still had useful information for my work with the coffee farmers in the Dominican republic. I worked with Andy in the past so I knew this book would be useful. Thank you!

Pretty generic, and not what I expected. I suspect there are better sources......

Invaluable information for ANY coffee professional
I bought this book through the Kickstarter campaign, so I had a lot of enthusiasm and high expectations before I received it. The quality of the material was better than I expected - the advice and insights from "people on the ground" are things you can't get from any one single source, unless you happen to be as seasoned of a coffee buyer as the author. Not only does this cover essential nomenclature that is unique to each country, but also recommendations for things to do and see in each country, in addition to the dos-and don'ts that every newbie coffee buyer needs to know. This is all done in a casual, approachable, at times humorous way. This book was indispensable for my first origin trip to Costa Rica! This book is targeted for coffee roasters and green buyers, but any coffee professional serious about a career in coffee would benefit from this book.

Fine distinction in specific terminology per country, with essential tips & tricks from insiders for getting around in the broadest sense. Very educative. ¡Entra en la vida de café!

Great resource for coffee pros
This is an excellent resource for anyone working in coffee. Each origin country has its own dialect surrounding coffee processing, and this book will help you navigate negotiations and visits with a minimum of embarrassment and financial shock and awe.
